Terms of Service

The terms that apply to bookings and engagements with Paul Logistics Services LLC.

These terms apply to all services provided by Paul Logistics Services LLC unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Scope of services

We provide logistics consultancy, freight forwarding coordination, 3PL warehousing and storage arrangement, e-commerce fulfilment support, supply chain advisory and professional cleaning consultancy.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in the written quotation or service agreement issued to you.

Bookings and quotations

A booking submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed engagement. It becomes binding once we confirm it in writing.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are based on the cargo details, dimensions, weights and timelines you supply. Rates may be revised if the actual consignment differs.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including commodity descriptions, weights, dimensions, values and any dangerous-goods declarations.

You confirm that the goods are lawful, correctly declared, and that you hold all permits and licences required for their movement, storage or handling.

Payments

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; bank transfers must quote the invoice or reference number in the remark.

We may suspend services on overdue accounts. Amounts paid for work already performed are non-refundable.

Liability

Where we arrange carriage, warehousing or clearance through third parties, those services are subject to the terms and liability limits of the performing party.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a confirmed booking in writing before work commences. Fees already incurred, including third-party charges, remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
